Default Male Ranger Scary Face Glitch!

This is a freaky glitch that happens in the face of the male ranger, when using the new scythe and spear items from the pre-order package. I've looked around for a place where this might have been posted already, but I didn't find one. If there is, please feel free to move/delete/merge this. I also for the life of me can't find where I can report these kinds of problems to ArenaNet, outside of giving it some fan forum exposure.

I tested both the Sunspear and the Soulbreaker outside of Old Ascalon, Kryta, and Napui Quarter. Happens in all of these places, so I'm led to believe it's a problem with these weapons being used. I can't replicate the glitch using other items. What happens is the face get's butt ugly when these items are used to fight with (during a fight, getting ready for fight). I'm reminded of a monkey face, or something along those lines. It's unfortunate, because I had looked forward to using scythes and spears with my ranger. I'm unsure if this happens with female rangers, or other characters.

My ranger uses the long hair look, he's tyrian born, blondish/brown hair color, has that rugged 5'Oclock shadow face look. Best I can describe it. If needed I could take pictures of the options I picked for the character. Or provide more of the glitch.

I hope this get's fixed. I don't want to have a butt ugly monkey face in order to use scythes and spears. :(

Feel free to add comments, post your own scythe and spear issues, tell me where I can report this directly, ect.
Thanks. Guild Wars <3.

You're going to need to post a pic of what the face looks like normally. About all I can see that might be a bug is a little shading issue on the brow.

Edit: Also, I think genuine bugs can get reported at support.guildwars.com. If they're confirmed, they'll be added to a "prioritized list" which means most graphical bugs take an eternity to get fixed.

Seems he is depressed. What have you make him do huh? :P

Maybe it is shader bug, maybe it is wrong brow lock position (since the facial animations allow brows to move a little).

Normal face.

I see a big difference compared to the glitches. I don't expect it to be something of a priority with all the other issues running around, but it sure would be nice not to have my face turn butt ugly should I choose to use a scythe or spear. While I'm not exactly looking at my face in battle, my opponent is. It's a personal thing.

I'll try that. Thanks.

It almost looks like he's frowning while he attacks and does skills. Or maybe his forehead is melting. That's funny.

Yeah, looks like he's so extremely focused on that attack that his forehead melts.

LMAO. So you see my point then? :P
I'm not using scythes or spears with my ranger, unless this get's fixed. :(

You know, I just wanted to bring this back to make note that this bug was FIXED. It's completely fine now when I use a scythe or a spear with my ranger. No more scary face! XD

I appreciate little things like this. Let's me know you guys are around and about, and on your toes to boot. This post was worth it, and so was the ticket.

Thank you ArenaNet.
